• I will Phone or text the night before to confirm appointments and make the necessary inquires about you and your dogs health. No dogs can be groomed from households showing any signs of covid.19 . Repeat appointments will be made during this phone call as well.
• Upon arrival please call the vets reception to notify of arrival. Please tell them what car you are driving but stay in your car.
• When I am able I will come down and out in to the car park and give you a wave .
• I will then place a 2 meter long lead on the floor. Please put this onto your dog and remove your own lead and collar. I will make a quick assessment on the car park ( whilst maintaining 2 meter distance from owners) in case any extra work is needed which may effect cost and let you know.
• I will give you a time to return . YOU MUST RETURN ON TIME. This is extremely important to avoid cross house hold contamination. I can not accept my next customer until the previous one has gone home. We are so adamant about this, that for every 5 minuets you are late collecting there will be a £5 charge, this will be enforced. (Do not worry if I am running late you will not be charged in this situation).
• Please return 5 minuets before I have asked you to , to allow you to use this time to call reception, notify them of your arrival back, and make payment over the phone. If you need to pay cash please put THE CORRECT money in a money back with the dogs name clear for me to see. NO CHANGE WILL BE GIVEN. Money bags can be put in the pot provided when I return your dog to you , PHONE PAYMENTS ARE PREFERRED THOUGH PLEASE.
• I will return down with your sparkly clean and happy dog , please remove the lead and replace with your own, and place it in the bucket provided, always keeping a strict 2 meter distance.
