• When you arrive at your appointment please wait outside the shop And I will come to you.
• I will ask you to remove you dogs lead and collar and replace it with one of our slip
• I will give you a time to return . YOU MUST RETURN AT THIS TIME. This is extremely important to avoid cross house hold contamination. I can not accept my next customer until the previous one has gone home. We are so adamant about this, that for every 5 minuets you are late collecting there will be a £5 charge, this will be enforced. (Do not worry if I am running late you will not be charged for this)
• On collection please wait outside the shop and I will come to you with you happy fresh and clean doggy.
• Please remove our lead and replace with you own lead and collars ,pop our lead in the bucket provided.
• Payments can be made by cash, but must be in a sealed plastic bag or envelope with the dogs name clearly marked. The correct money must be supplied as there will be no change given , please place this in the pot provided.
• Bank transfers can be made the night before , please request our details by text message prior to grooming.
• Follow up appointments can be made by text , phone, or on the day but no appointment cards will be given, it will be your responsibility to write them down, so please bring pen and paper with you.
